Some:Well who knows? I will be okay with $300 a share and some Google stock.

However I doubt that there is going to be an agreement which is contingent on a CAFC outcome which in the larger picture is pretty much not all that important anyway!

And a stock deal makes things harder to value because the stock prices fluctuate a lot, cleaner the other way IMHO
