No I don't get it at all. The effect of the non binding proposal is much more limited even if adapted. Even IF there were no poison pill and the BOD adapted the proposal IMMEDIATELY and even if it went into effect IMMEDIATELY, Directors would still be bound by fiduciary duty to shareholders.

Perhaps you could elucidate your views more fully? I just don't get what the huge immediate threat is?

And how many lawsuits would be started,stop with all the bullshit,let`s get an arbitration ruling & hopefully by the time you have to worry about your scenario we`ll have split once or twice & be about $30! Give it a rest, concentrate on what`s in front of us!JMO
