I am not a big poster---except for today a little. But I don't think that you can say the pr's were "fraudulant". If he put out a pr that was true,which I would say was true at that time. (See supporting APA agreement on website and this site). Then it is not fraudulant. The fact that the BioHarp wasn't delivered per the agreement isn't his fault either,as a matter of fact, he pr'd it wasn't delivered as it was supposed to be. I for one have not been happy about this whole thing at all but I can't say there was fraud with intent to bilk investors.
