I would say that's an accurate assessment. Stuff happens. Probably it was a misunderstanding, IMO.

I am extremely happy with the way this has gone over the last 18 months. I never sold one share and doubled the amount of shares I had at the time the first lawsuit was filed. Has it been stressful, obsolutely, but it will be worth it in the end. This stock will be in the dollars before long and will give many of us the opportunity to retire comfortably. Congrats to all the longs that stuck with this and to any new investors that see the potential here.
