Agree completely Sharky. ECDC has to fight this if not the rest of their patents would be exploited. Could you imagine having to fight a China based Co for infringement? If ECDC does not fight this one that will send a sign of weakness.
I agree that there is a case. But I've seen infringement cases like this take a long time to settle in court or settle out of court. A lawsuit will garner attention and the stock will pop for a trade if you have the kahoonas to trade that and possibly lose some shares. GM will not be writing any checks soon. Yes there is a case, but don't expect settlement soon is all I'm saying.
Its not a lock/slam dunk sharky. It could take years for this thing to settle in court. The you gotta get the company to pay you after IF you win. Look at the windshield wiper and victoria secret. Nothing is a slam dunk. I talk with facts btw. Not garbage.
