I disagree. The patent infringement case is as much of a lock/slam dunk as it can be. The fundamentals? Well if they get royalty money for past, present, and future use they may not have to use their $10 million funding. That will improve ECDC's financials even sooner than expected. That would be huge and improve the company's fundamentals even more. GM will either open up their checkbooks or ECDC will take them to court...and GM better just pay up or they will pay the consequences. It will get nasty and their stock price will go down. I betcha we will see a PR on the patent infringement at some point.


Go to the iHub GM board. Lowjack says you need a prototype for your patent. Not so partner, not so when filing a patent with the US patent office.
