Here's hoping EC work their magic and get Kosturos on the stand to see if they can drag some dirt out of him!!
One thing that has happened ... in a back door way ... is how much info has been brought in through this testimony and put before the Judge on JPM's manipulation of the GSA negotiations and what monies the SNHs initially felt WMI was entitled to (puts a bad light on Rosen & Quinn), how they all agreed WMI owned the $4B deposit, and some higher valuation numbers on WMMRC.
This testimony has certainly mucked up the F&R GSA waters!!

ilenes I just got around to reading the Kosturos deposition this evening. There is an especially interesting section on the contributions of Paulson and Company and their pushing a term sheet around that was a backdoor deal to pay the bank bond holders through the FDIC of course this would have defeated the corporate veil and been completely against the judges ruling.
If I had to guess this is what they were arguing about.
