Wasn't part of the OC Compliance Manual redacted? If I'm remembering that part of the cross examination correctly they probably redacted the term definitions and anything that would, even remotely, contravene any potential part of their testimony.
My thoughts also as I was listening to the proceedings the last couple of days.The Krueger gentleman was getting kind of mouthy during cross much to the delight i am sure of the EC. It was like Well I know more than you and this is the way it is. If he was coached they certainly did a poor job.
