it was. IMO, there is not enough information represented to firm a position on an "ethical wall" from the HF perspectives that have been on the stand.
However....I would disagree about what is being deemed as "material" and not. I think from the way exhibits are being introduced and accepted into record, that the LIBR is of similiar disposition.
Again, not sure that they can construct a plan that would "Rain" on all of equity. Still fun to listen.
