I think (and hey, I may know nothing about business) that the level of respect shown by Intel, STM, NSM/Winbond and Dell, but to name a few, trumps any concerns you may have.

It always amazes me that some guy posting

on a message board, can show such complete disrespect for the accomplishments of someone who is obviously their superior in business. I have criticized SKS for things over the years, but respect is accorded despite some things, and because of most. I'm sure Lark deserves a lot of credit as well, but to discount SKS' ability to advance the company to this point, is very shallow, IMO. Surrounding yourself with smart people (and keeping them) is what a good CEO is SUPPOSED to do.
