So I guess your stance would be to roll over and die ? To me any attempt to get valuie for Equity is not a effort in vain.
As it stands now we are on the outside looking in. I for one am tired of being in that position!

Of course Equity is going to continue to fight. What do we care if we burn a "few more millions" in pursuit of justice from the gang that stole our company. What do we have to lose? Why not let the sunshine in on the rotten state of the bankruptcy system? Perhaps all we get put of this are some reforms and some revenge. As for me I would happily take some cash but if not, a little revenge what be oh so sweet!
