Of course Equity is going to continue to fight. What do we care if we burn a "few more millions" in pursuit of justice from the gang that stole our company. What do we have to lose? Why not let the sunshine in on the rotten state of the bankruptcy system? Perhaps all we get put of this are some reforms and some revenge. As for me I would happily take some cash but if not, a little revenge what be oh so sweet!
