Today's high temperatures will be slightly warmer than yesterday. Valley residents will be seeing daytime highs moving up to the mid 70s this afternoon...when the morning clouds begin to clear. However, with a storm system approaching tonight... skies will turn mostly cloudy. Look for rain to begin overnight in the valley into the morning hours. Up to .25" is possible. Showers will become scattered into the afternoon.
Sunday, the sunshine returns. However, the onshore, unseasonably cool flow off the ocean will continue. Daytime highs will be in the low 70s. Next week, the weather trend will continue to be cooler than normal (mainly in the 70s) with occasional showers.
