realplayer is a pain in the ass. I've had problems w it in the past also and ended up simply uninstalling it. Problem solved.

I agree with Renshen1 that Real Player is bad. It is very intrusive and wants to take over your machine. I would uninstall it first. If that doesn't help then go here and re-install Windows Media Player 10.
