Mental health care is not the responsibility of a corporation, it is the people's responsibility to get whatever they need. Food, shelter, and other necessities always end up the responsibility of those who need them.

Exactly. And government is the same. I would rather have the choices in the hands of the people, not corporations or government.

Part of 'deregulation' in Calif involved restricting companies from buying power ahead of time.

Calif can do like other states; make new power plants and promote competition for providing service.
