You just use whatever e-mail address you want. It's all done via e-mail.

Here's all you do:

1) At the bottom of this board thread info (iBox), click 'SUbscribe to Larry's Babble'
2) Type in whatever e-mail address you want his e-mails to go to
3) You're done, you'll get a confirmation e-mail
