As well as a description of the Mayaya properties....
These just seem to come up recently....
Also....in regards to fully reporting...what is the cost to be fully reporting now days per year and remain in compliance...maybe they just aren't in the position yet to become fully reporting....
Anyway with the new regulations coming in place as of June 01...they are going to have to put at least thier unaudited financials ...
The next question would be did they ever clear up prevoius accounting issues with prior management...
Also in regards to the price of the stock....what about the reserves that they sit on that has proven, possible and probable in excess of 500 million usd....that is not even factored into the price of this stock...
