Those are all generalizations, which you can't apply necessarily if info is available.

Take a look at HISC, which has done incredibly well once management decided to be upfront with info, cut the o/s in about 1/2, starting buying up the float and started the process of going full reporting and OTC BB. Management, in essence, gave a gift to shareholders. The result of this was that their shares are now worth about 20 times what they were worth before, as they languished in the "lack of info" world that FMNJ is still in.

Management of these small penny and OTC co's, need to learn that being shareholder friendly will lead to their own riches. They don't need to just dilute and sell as is typical.

Take a look at HISC which came back yesterday and may present a buying opportunity here or even a little lower. It's business play supports a price in the .10 area or higher.
