If full reporting is too costly right now, ok, but they can provide a ton of information informally, including on Form 2-11, which includes unaudited statements.

If you look how HISC soared over 20 x once it announced that it was becoming "shareholder friendly," you'll see that's the way to attract the penny crowd.

We don't know that stuff. We know that they say it. I'm not saying it isn't true... I'm saying the market is skeptical.

When the picture becomes clearer the price will improve (or tank I guess, but I'm trying to stay positive)
