Thanks, Dave, for the comments; the chef in me always desires and appreciates feedback (of any kind) on my cook'n! Yes, it's all about tasting and that's why SMKY's marketing budget includes a substantial amount for on-site tastings in stores and at various venues (like RV dealers, race tracks, retailers, etc), and hopefully also providing samples at the local membership meetings held by Weight Watchers' area managers, of which there are nearly 60,000 such events annually where food & recipes are featured.
