i personally don't like investing in companies that have 7 billion OS. 6 billion after forward split plus the 1 billion they may and probably will add to raise capital. your looking at .000's . i will keep a close eye on it regardless.
I would have to believe that between all of the years of knowledge, experience, and know how that this is not something that was done without some considerable thought! Something positive has to be cooking or other avenues would have been taken!!
