I think they are doing it so they can drop some good news get the PPS up / stabilized. Then if they have to add another billion or so to the A/S it will hurt investors(them included) least. We'll see in the next few days if the market likes it.

You can't get a person to understand something when his $$$ depends upon his not understanding.
