There was a seriour breach of trust here IMO, on one hand the indenture trustee filed for the guarantee for the senior unsecured bond holders, then failed to file for the CT owners.
To make matters even worse, some of the POR's want to take the CT holders settlement funds and give it to the senior unsecured. All this being handled by the very same BNYM who filed for one party and forgot about the other. Not fair, and a huge conflict of interest IMO.
