Sounds like that's a BIGGGGGG case for a lawsuit. Who owned the Capital Trusts originally? Who were the Biggest Holders.... They should be the ones suing if they still hold. If they sold they are SOL and who knows about the others.

This is really ridiculous these BK Laws of this country. All I can say is what a CROCK of SHEEEEET they are.

Lehman and WaMu were both basically stolen/forced into BK,,,yet the theft appears to just keep on coming. This Country is so F'd Up with it's Laws it's really disheartening.

Pathetic really.

I think you are explaining why the debtor is re-doing his POR. None of the first round of POR's are confrimable in a court of law and they knew it.

Scare tactic to clean out the shareholders perhaps?

Won't it be interesting to see the next round?

How can CT holders fight it if they try to give our settlement funds to senior unsecured creditors? I hope you will keep us up to date on what is happening when you get your day in court. Perhaps CT holders need some kind of legal representation as it does seem as if BNYM is conflicted. I'm curious also to find out why LHHMQ was not included in the filing along with the other cap trusts.
