That would mean the other 50,000 or so shareholders are holding an average of about 8 million shares each, which sounds about right to me, and they can't be bothered either sending Frizzy $25 or wasting time faxing in statements and they don't read message boards.

"That leaves about 406 billion unaccounted for or about 55%."

Hi Investorman,

You said that about 406 billion shares or 55% of the O/S is unaccounted for. I think that's incorrect:

From the 8K on March 14th:
Total shares outstanding = 703,518,875,000
Total shares held in street name (CEDE & CO) = 407,321,106,308
Therefore, shares held in cert form = 296,197,768,692

Total shares accounted for then should be the cert shares + Frizzell's STREET share count:
296,197,768,692 + 267,035,169,355 = 563,232,938,047

about 563 billion shares accounted for, or 80% of the O/S.

With 50,000 accounts still left to count (as Frizzell stated), I don't see how anyone could think this stock isn't shorted out the wazoo.

EDIT: Frizzell apparently has many more shares accounted for than shows on the Owner's Group webpage due to the fax campaign, meaning there's probably more than 563 billion accounted for now.

I have not informed Frizzys group of my shareholding and I am sure there are many who havnt.
They like me still have faith in UC and the Company.

Let's take the numhers that have been publicly avowed.

The company says it has an O/S of approx. 703 billion.

Frizzy's site says: Total Shares: 297,827,858,538

That leaves about 406 billion unaccounted for or about 55%.

So where is the huge NSS?
