Therein lies the problem with your figuering. Fizzel's site says that they can only account for 30 billion of the cert shares and you are using all of the cert shares issued by the company in your assumption. The figure I gave for the shares Frizzel can account for is the total he states on his site. With no information from the company, the rest of the shares are unaccounted for by anyone.
