Audited financals will be available around the 3rd Q. As you know this takes time and money to accomplish.

As far as I know, actual shareholders have the information they need to understand where this company is at.

It's my understanding too that original shareholders have detailed information. We are restricted by confidentiality requests to not make said info public knowledge until the company itself releases it to the general public. It will be coming very soon though. Suffice to say this company is in great financial shape with amazing potential.
