You mean I can have my own ticker display sign in my living room or basement bar for example streaming sports scores, bets, next play bets, stock feeds, races, weather or whatever I like? Wow!

No one else delivers streaming feeds on custom displays like TickerCom. Sounds like things have been coming together for them lately. Looking forward to making a field report on the company soon.

Alliecorp, as you know,

I have been on hiatus and not posted for about a year now.

However after recently talking with the CEO, I have decided to travel to Victoria and update my DD on the company. Would you be available to join me there for the meeting? We could ask the board for any shareholder questions to bring along and get back to the board with answers.

Having talked with the CEO, it appears they have been focusing on developing their core strengths this past year and IMO, they have now developed a new strategy to kick start revenues. I hope to travel to the home office within the next 10 days for my field DD and to learn more about their new strategy.

When the Frankfurt Exchange put new compliance rules in place of course that also meant more money from the company to pay out, in order to meet the new compliance rules.
Many companies did not have the immediate funds to pay for audited financials, for example.
Ticker has kept their focus on sales and product development over the past year which will positively effect their bottom line and be good for shareholders which is most important because it shows that Ticker is interested in promoting the company not the stock.

In Ticker's case they were unfortunately caught up in the Frankfurt system wide changes in the overall Market. Hundreds good of companies were trading one day and then delisted the next day.

Many companies, not just Ticker, were left trying to comply with these changes in the overseas market but not all of the Market Makers did their job to ensure the companies were compliant in time.

When miscreants in foreign markets "hack" into a new listing, it takes a long time to clean up the damage they cause. IMO, the company is doing everything in it's power to straighten out the aftermath. We should be hearing about what the company has done to move forward before too long.

Ticker is no fraud. The company had to overcome some adversities brought on by a few miscreants in other markets, but the company has managed to overcome those adversities and IMO, is alive and well.


I spoke with the CEO by phone recently and found that Ticker has been quietly developing new products and accounts. I have no details at this time, but IMO, the company will be making some exciting announcements in the not too distant future.

Right there with you except to make matters worse .... I didn't get my certificates to much after the date that we could trade the certificates. I was told the person handling that was on vacation. I mean the one time they have something going on and on vacation. I think they got the cash from selling stock and don't care about stock holders now.

Last week, for the third time in the last couple years I called Ticker, spoke with Dave, was given a bunch of excuses and told he would call back tomorrow. He never called back. An email announcing an AGM that went out to stockholders Sept/11 never came to me but a friend let me know so I contacted Ticker. Asked for the email, they never sent it, asked again, they never sent it - that meeting was cancelled anyway. Told there would be a meeting Dec 31/11, no letters, no email, no meeting. They have had my money since 2005 or thereabouts and still nothing to show for it. There was one meeting at Bear Mt in 2010 where they told us it would be trading soon at Frankfurt but we couldn't sell our stock until a specific date - meanwhile the bottom falls out and we still have no explanation!! What can we do about it?

Appears they cashed out enough stock on the Frankfurt exchange and smaller stock holders weren't issued shares (the person at the company was out of town) before the stock prices plummeted. For smaller stocks is this a normal occurrence or some that should be looked into more for possible wrong doing?

Really looks bad that after a year since the stock dropped they still haven't even addressed it.

I think Tickercom is a problem: They do not publish any figures for the present business year which started on 1.7.2011.
Also they have not held the General Meeting for 2011. The trade of shares in Frankfurt was stopped on abt. 15 Nov 2011 but no visible activities show that trading will be resumed shortly. It seems they sold a good lot of shares, cashed the money and now ....?. No information is given, no dividend paid. Some people may call that FRAUD
