Why the delay in preparing financial statements? Another thing I don't understand about this company is that they don't have any publicly available financial statements. I don't understand how you can be a publicly traded company and yet have no investor information. Has anyone been able to obtain financial statements from the company? How much cash do they have on hand? What are their sales? What are their profit margins?
