Does it really make a difference I feel the positives of him filing at all then out weigh the negative do you agree

flaflyersfan, it is most definitely true, and it would be VERY foolish for swank to not put a form 4 through on any sale, by putting the form 144 through as he did he has just alerted the SEC of his possible intention to sell a few of his shares sometime within the next 90 days, at this point they would be looking out for any form 4's.
