flaflyersfan, it is most definitely true, and it would be VERY foolish for swank to not put a form 4 through on any sale, by putting the form 144 through as he did he has just alerted the SEC of his possible intention to sell a few of his shares sometime within the next 90 days, at this point they would be looking out for any form 4's.
