mass invest, the point is that a poster is claiming that the CEO has to file a Form 4 within 2 days of selling his 2 million+ shares of stock which is not true.

Good luck.

It takes no talent or skill to buy a stock and hold it forever and pretend you are smarter than everyone trading them and making $$$.
