#16841 RE: The Rainmaker #16840

Typical start-up...either financing will occur from a 3rd party, or they could raise funds from stock. Hopefully, whatever the case may be, it will be favorable to the stock.

This is what all of us are waiting for to find out...the final details of the financing as their authorized shares already being so high, it will make difference whether it's favorable or not.

2. Buyer will purchase RE from Seller for $700,000 ("Purchase Price") payable at Closing.

3. At Closing, Buyer shall convey a 10% net profits interest ("NPI") in the Property to an individual or company designated by James R. Renfro. Calculations for the definition of net profit shall not be burdened with any capital expenditure or drilling, completion, and facility costs but solely related to hydrocarbon sales and direct lease operating expenses associated on a per well and not project basis.

I thought I saw a figure of $700,000. I'll see if I can dig it up again today. $700k is a lot of dough.

Rainmaker, very respectfully, I feel that this is a done deal and that we are close. Renfro already owns 480 MILLION shares of BRZL. This means those shares are worth very little if the deal doesn't get done. If it does get done then those shares are worth considerably more. He will find a way even if he has to accept additional shares instead of cash. His track record of doing this with other companies also helps reassure me that we are GOLDEN!!! ;-) In my opinion, this delay is all in the paperwork...

Since they never told anyone how much cash they were paying to buy Renfro LLC....exactly how much money they had to raise to close this deal....nobody knows.

Again, thank you for making my point. You don' t know, and I don't know. Although I can make a logical assumption based on the SEC filings that Renfro made the deal for shares in BRZL. You can read through the filings and see that is how BRZL has done it in the past. I'll post the links to show Renfro's shares. Please post any links that can prove something else has happened.
