Rainmaker, very respectfully, I feel that this is a done deal and that we are close. Renfro already owns 480 MILLION shares of BRZL. This means those shares are worth very little if the deal doesn't get done. If it does get done then those shares are worth considerably more. He will find a way even if he has to accept additional shares instead of cash. His track record of doing this with other companies also helps reassure me that we are GOLDEN!!!
