So JR is using BRZL to try to raise $700,000 grand to pay himself $700,000 for the Renfro LLC deal. After JR raises and pays himself $700,000, how much more money will he need to raise in order to run BRZL/Renfro LLC going forward after this. They'll need money to work and maintain the wells etc. Maybe the money guys realize giving money to BRZL is just JR paying himself. Maybe that's why he has been trying to raise this money unsuccessfully since June 2010. Bottom line if they can't raise the money they'll just keep extending the deadlines indefinitely. Good thing JR has a full time real job and is not counting on BRZL.
Funny part is this other company of Renfro's has oil leases in Louisiana. I sure hope these aren't the same oil leases he is trying to sell to himself, I mean to BRZL.... what do you make of this?
