So if we've got 50 mil shares and 35 mil (70%) are 'locked up' the left over 15 mil would move up even quicker than the slow bleed down. I was over at the LVLT board and was wondering if they would be a suitable buyer for FTWR. LVLT is merging with Global Crossing I'd prefer a buyout but with this low PPS a stock for stock buyout would work for me too. :-)
