Also have to agree. We're in no worse shape than CLWR (I'd argue--better) but we're getting stomped on. One key is to keep an eye on the institutional investors. They're all still holding. Some large buys went through today as well.

On the bad side, we broke our support level. Now maybe it was because of usual friday sell-off, ambiguity in earnings, and a CC that didn't help much all compounding. It will be interesting to see. I still think this company is worth north of $1.65/share even if we literally disassembled and filed BK now--thats taking into account paying off debt as well.

We're also pretty prime for a merger/takeover. The company is doing well on the business side. Sales continue growing, new sites, etc...

So the market is good. The company itself has been doing well. It is just the looming debt that they need to figure out. Until they release favorable debt/financing conditions or something better--we will probably continue to be beaten up. I also believe there is still some entities walking the price down with so much of the OS locked up with institutional investors.
