At a 50% discount, the value of the remaining 35 mil shares are worth about 1.8 mil. That might be enough to cover board meetings, consulting fees and rent for "05".

There's really no other way than to authorize more shares.

Will we vote for another 100? Or 250?

I prefer to just wait 'n see..But since Moody has shown that Hrct still has only about 180 million O/S, there is a bit of room left to use more shares..These first few acquisitions would almost have to be shares...Once they get the ball rolling and a much better profit margin, then other means might be available..But until the deals come out, it's all just a guess..

Should Hrct turn a substantial loss (2004) into a some kind of sizable gain, investors might just like what they see from Carrie...All yet to be determined..I'm looking forward to the beginning of this effort with anticipation..She has her shot..and I think she'll do better than expected..Jmho
