Looks like hearsay to me. Besides, 214-29=185. Even with 65 million in the coffers, at ten cents it only amounts to 3.25 million with the 50% discount. I think David Chen paid that much for just 1 of his worthless acquisitions.
If dead and dying garbage is selling for multi millions (maybe most of the d&d are being all but given away, could it be that the sellers realized how clueless DC was and took advantage of him?), I would sure expect a growing, high profit company would demand a much, much higher premium. I wonder why anyone would sell at all if they're making money hand over fist?
