Well, there you go, FR...another bright forecast!! Meanwhile the market looks great!!

By the way, having grown up on a decent sized farm in the Midwest, there's a lot of high tech stuff going on there that didn't exist even 10 years ago. Farmers can produce much much more with less because of the explosion in technology. My cousins both farm..they have high tech all over the places..everything's computerized...

"Long term this boomer thing is going to trash the economy. Everyone is going to cash in their stocks, homes, etc....in a rush..."

And they will be spending in on health care costs for the next 20-30 years. Biotechs, Major Drugs, Medical Devices. It's going to be a good time to be a Geriatric Doctor as their practices will be exploding. I subscribe the theory of sector rotation and economic cycles and if the Health Care sector (defensive stocks) is going to outperform the broader markets it means its going to be a long and terrible bear market.

I agree that this is going to saddle the younger generations with massive debt and the burden of supporting an over inflated economy but only after the baby boomer have passed on. I don't feel that enough baby boomers have really saved enough for their retirements. I'm under the opinion that we will see most people of that generation (especially the ones at or near poverty level) back in the workforce fighting for the service related positions that younger workers need to pay tuition costs and keep their cars running and insured.
