I put a reverse mortgage on my house this year. A reverse mortgage is like a reverse contract for deed, they agreed to buy my house at bubble prices and pay me to live in it while it depreciates in the future. I thought that was a pretty good deal. You can only get this deal if you are 62 or olders. If the lendor goes under and can't pay, I still get to keep all their payments and keep the house.

You would always be welcomed at my house as well as most folks here.
