Awesome :-) Glad to see we are moving the "input" part of the process discussion forward.
It was suggested early on that feedstock was a key component being underestimated and whistled past. JBI chose to concentrate on "output" and assumed they could be readily supplied by "input" of the type that would not have to be dealt with from a contamination standpoint (outside of normal dirt).
It was further suggested both with the wording of the Consent Order/Draft Permit and when JBI chose to lease the Recyling Fac, that they needed to-- and were attempting to -- address this issue.
It is now being borne out given JBI's own statements regarding the relationship to the Recycling Fac in the 10K as well as a few of the latest "tweaks" to the system...
so JBI's front end-- that which you want to separate the expense from -- is now an integral part of P2O in order to address contaminants, which in turn allows them to reduce the assessment of competition from significant (my word) to mild (their word).
The $10/barrel cost is increasing as well as the $200k/processor cost as a result. The "system" is growing-- and you got your 1st filter too, which is hinting at issues with maintaining the quality of the output.
