Don't be fooled, of course MORE DILUTION is in the works. How else do you think Matt is going to fund the company's expenses, paycheques, and other acquisitions like CMEX. This dilution is a prerequisite to closing the CMEX deal as per the 10-K.

The a/s, to me is an unsure variable, we don't know what or how many will be used, or that if it will even be needed.
