well, that would be an inadequate response from him, then,
because it does not address why the o/s info is a year old
in the reports, nor does it address the fact that the reported
o/s in the share ownership percentage calculations of insiders
who recently filed is actually lower o/s than that number.
The NXOI deal was already in the news, so any info on that
is not insider, it's a question pertaining to public info
which all shareholders are entitled to be aware of.
