Correct me if I am wrong but with a A/S of 250,000,000 and a deal on the table with NXOI at 51% fully diluted. That would give NXOI 127,500,000 and leave 122,500,000 and we are currently at 109,000,000 from what I can see.
I just want to clarify, I asked him what the o/s is and he responded with the same number that is listed on otcmarket.com. He did't just tell me to goto that website and look it up. Below is the email I got a response from which is also on their website. I sent him an email last night regarding nxoi but haven't heard back yet.
