VV running the exact same share printing operation in PDGO now. Hysterically funny that not one promise he has made has come true.

VV running an oil and gas exploration company. That's the biggest joke of all. Family members supposedly showing up on the payroll. Claims of filings are months late. Share count has almost doubled in a year. Everyone he "hires" has a checkered past. Stock price has fallen 90% since he took over.

Justice? If there was any justice they'd all be in jail...VV traded away a lot of the holdings in dodgy deals. I re read the Megaupload filing and found that some of Valcoms claimed assets they have only a financial interest in, not ownership. In particular the sound recording library. The visual library is primarily in public domain. They do have hard assets in regard to the fact the visual library has been placed on video tape storage.

there are no stockholders, it's revoked....maybe what you mean is that valcom is hoping to get reinstated as to keep old shareholders interested to buy in the new....besides if valcom is doing so great as a private company why go public, unless its on a major exchange

Just like the last time they announced hiring a financial person who left after 4 months, never put VALCOM on his CV, and Valcom never announced he had left. I believe that Elvis Presley Enterprise is looking into an trademark infringement suit against Valcom for selling digital downloads of a Platters album recording they named "Could this be Elvis ?" This was done while TH was at the Helm. I believe there are so many bodies buried in Valcoms backyard they can never recover. JMHO!

I'm watching this soap opera from the side lines. By all accounts VV dug himself a deep hole and a lot of folks may go down with him, including some of the NJ folks if VV tells all on the RICO suit. The filing names names except when it comes to the mention of Tri Partners and another money lender. I guess we just all have to wait and see who cuts deals and who rolls over on whom!

ValCom Announces Agreement Regarding My Family TV


BOONTON TOWNSHIP, NJ--(Marketwired - Nov 20, 2013) - ValCom, Inc. ("Company"), an integrated entertainment company, announced today that the Company has signed an agreement regarding its joint venture in My Family Television, LLC ("MFT"), a Tennessee limited liability company. The terms of the agreement provide for the return of the Company's assets, including the company's content library and affiliates, which it previously contributed for use in the Tennessee based company.

MFT has operated the My Family Television network and distributed the network to broadcast affiliates since March 2011. An orderly transition will occur over the next several months in which ValCom and MFT's other member, Luken Communications, LLC, each individually will establish new network identities and will transition their respective affiliates and programming to the new networks. At the end of the transition period, the MFT trade name will be changed.

I'm sure the selection of the superior court of nj will contested as the plaintiff claims nj is proper as most of the assets involved in the case are located in nj. Since the filing the true ownership of most of the assets have been challenged and questioned. Primarily because VV was selling off or offering the assets as collateral on secured outsider loans.
There maybe no argument that what VV did was wrong, but it could force the refilling of the suit to Florida superior court.

As far as i know the company could be re-listed again by OCT or Nov this year. The filings are in preparation. However, I can not offer a source for that, just vague information from other message boards.

I guess, a re-listing is quite certain, since various bigger shareholders will not resign their invested money. In addition, they must be a reason, why they hired Mrs. Barbara Kane-Burke.
