So the judge is just going to think Frisby is some jerk from the street ? No way. One way or another she will know who he is and who he represents. The share count will certainly come out and appear on the record .. proven or not. This hearing will not be a slam dunk either way. And it will not be concluded at the first try. It is too big already for the time allotted. This is going to drag on and thereby get more publicity and more momentum. The carpet is going to come up to expose all the dirt under it .. put there by Urbie at first but eventually to Shorty's dirt. This is unstoppable now. The Genie is coming out of the bottle.
