The judge knows who Frizzel is and who he represents. She is the one that laid out the ground rules about his not being able to introduce evidence or question witnesses. This hearing is about CMKX not filing the required reports. The judge will not allow any evidence that does not relate to that issue to be introduced. This is an administrative hearing not a murder trial. It will be over in the time allotted and if CMKX can't make a viable case, the outcome is certain.
