Investorman- I am saying I think Frizzell is falsly implying/saying that CMKX will have a NNS defense. I think this is just scam. CMKX counsel could have just as well presented their NNS defense. What they are going to get for their $25 is a report of the events/pleading, as Frizzell sees fit to report.
