If what you just wrote were true, than that job listing would have occurred well before a few hours ago.

This job listing should have been part of the "master plan" and the position filled long before any proxy with a r/s was proposed

"Do not agree with you that this Job
posting was a result of messages posted on the

Wouldn't be surprised if this activity was adjusted
forward on the timeline, because proxy ballots are
being returned unusually early, and with a lopsided
bias on the R/S issue -- heavily in favor. Maybe
something like a 80-20, 70-30 split.

IMO, VTSI will be uplisted by the end of year.

Bob and Don are probably tired of seeing all of their
hard work going unappreciated via stock price; employees
may have some kind of bonus/incentive plan tied to
stock price -- and they are getting the Royal Screw
Job by Pink Wonderland. We are in a Dead Zone.
